The Instructional DVD is about 16 minutes long and includes directions on how to use the CoreStick safely. The DVD also includes a demonstration of how to use the CoreStick in each of the 5 basic postures: standing, sitting on a chair, sitting on the floor, balancing, and lunging. There are three examples of each posture. Also, it explains how you can tweak and change the basic 15 movement patterns to expand your exercise list to over 100. A brief demonstration is also given to show how to correctly assemble the device, as well as how to use some of the accessories that can be added to your CoreStick Pro Package.
