  5. Never use in close proximity to other persons or animals.
  6. Never use in close proximity to household appliances.
  7. Use only on flat surface and non-skid surface.
  8. Adult supervision is required at all times when a child is at or near the exercise site.
  9. Use only accessories recommended by the manufacturer.

  1. View the Instructional DVD and all safety instructions thoroughly to familiarize yourself with the CoreStick™ before using.
  2. Consult your physician or specialists prior to using the CoreStick™.
  3. Do not allow children to use the CoreStick™ unsupervised.
  4. If you experience any type of pain or discomfort while exercising, stop and consult a physician before continuing.
  5. Do not use the CoreStick™ if you have had back or neck surgery unless under the direct supervision of an appropriate medical specialist.

 

EXERCISE SAFETY

  1. Do not use product for purposes other than described by enclosed instructions.
  2. Exercise within your capabilities.  Don’t overdo it.
  3. Start exercise slowly with proper warm up.
